Once upon a time, there were two up-and-coming theater producers and avid readers in Manhattan. Over post-show cocktails at Sardi’s one evening, they bemoaned the lack of fun, theater-themed novels. They couldn’t believe that their creative and colorful world of theater was woefully devoid of equally creative and colorful books!​ ​​ A couple of cosmos later, Dress Circle Publishing was born. ​We look forward to celebrating the page and the stage with you!

Founders
A two-time Tony Award winning Broadway producer, BRISA TRINCHERO, is thrilled to be combining her love of theater and books through Dress Circle Publishing. Brisa has built a multi million-dollar entertainment investing portfolio which includes the record-breaking iconic hit Hamilton as well as Tony award winning shows including Beautiful: The Carol King Musical, Pippin, The Gershwin’s Porgy & Bess, Matilda, and numerous others. A “Top 40 Under 40 Business Leader,” she is a frequent speaker and panelist at industry events focusing on the business of live entertainment. She has a degree in music, an MBA in finance, and a certificate in Sports & Entertainment Business from Harvard.
In addition to her work at Dress Circle, ROBERTA PEREIRA is the Producing Director of The Playwrights Realm, an Off-Broadway theater company devoted to supporting early career playwrights. Previously, she was a Producer at Bisno Productions, where she developed and produced plays, musicals and event theatre on Broadway, Off Broadway, regionally, in the West End, and on tour. Select productions include: A Red Orchid Theater's Off-Broadway premiere of The Opponent; Tony-nominated play Mothers & Sons by Terrence McNally, the Olivier award-winning revival of Stephen Sondheim's Merrily We Roll Along in the West End; the Broadway premiere of Grace, starring Paul Rudd, Michael Shannon and Ed Asner; and the Tony Award Winning smash hit War Horse. A graduate of Yale School of Drama's Theater Management program, Roberta is originally from Brazil and currently lives in New York City.
